Tier 2 covers designs on 2-3 fingers per hand, outlines, checkers, chrome(all 10), minimal rhinestones/charms, etc

Tier 3 covers 2 intricate designs (ex characters)per hand. French tips(all 10), ombré, airbrush, busier rhinestones/charms aura, isolated chrome, all 10 different designs(not characters/super detailed). Etc.

A dry pedicure includes a cut down, cuticle work, and polish. Cuticle oil to finish. One color: no nail art included.
